The Hell of the Marianas is one of the toughest cycling events in the Pacific region. This challenging event, held on Saipan, draws cyclists from Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Russia, Australia, Guam, and more to conquer its rugged terrain.

Spanning 100 kilometers through Saipan's picturesque landscapes, participants brave 4,900 feet of elevation gain, navigating steep inclines and rapid descents. Since its inception in 2007, the Hell has evolved into a cornerstone of Saipan's sports and cultural calendar, showcasing the island's natural beauty and rich heritage.

For the event flyer, I aimed to capture Saipan's daunting hills with dynamic design and texture. The most unique experience with this project was adapting the flyer for Korean and Japanese audiences, ensuring the essence remained intact through appropriate typefaces.
